About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you'll work closely with Bytemethod AI team to assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models for various business applications.. You'll gain hands-on experience in the full AI lifecycle--from demo's, POC's, running pilots and optimization--while learning from experienced engineers and leaders in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI and ML models to support Bytemethod's internal operations and technology-driven solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and automation specialists to identify opportunities for AI integration and process optimization.
Support data collection, cleansing, and analysis for model development and performance tracking.
Implement and maintain AI workflows, pipelines, and automation scripts using Python and relevant frameworks.
Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and contribute to the optimization and evaluation of model performance using appropriate metrics.
Contribute to documentation, technical presentations, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Entry level experience i.e. internship program or 1 year out of college working within AI or ML.
Foundational understanding of large language models, machine learning, deep learning, and model training techniques.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on real-world applications.
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and version control (Git).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or project experience in AI, ML, or automation.
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Airflow) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Experience in data-driven decision-making or predictive modeling.
Interest in how AI can transform the recruiting and workforce solutions industry.
