Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, Databricks, and Apache Spark, and will play a key role in shaping enterprise-level data architecture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions across hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem).
Lead data modeling for both structured and unstructured data systems.
Architect and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark.
Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and performance.
Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, tools, and platforms to improve architecture efficiency.
Integrate data from multiple sources into unified, reusable data models.
Mentor and guide data engineers and analysts on architectural best practices and standards.
Support business intelligence (BI) and machine learning (ML) initiatives by providing reliable and well-structured data foundations.

Qualifications:

10+ years of overall data engineering or architecture experience.
Proven expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
