Role:

We're seeking a Commercial Paralegal to support our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Whether you're returning to the workplace or seeking a long-term career paralegal role, you'll be part of a close-knit team with direct exposure to high-quality work and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and amend commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
Conduct legal research and prepare client-ready reports
Assist with corporate transactions including M&A and company formations
Manage client files and maintain accurate records
Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties
Support fee earners with legal and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Law degree (LLB or equivalent) - LPC/SQE1 preferred
6-12 months' experience in a commercial or corporate legal setting
Strong drafting and research skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus Points For:

Experience in a boutique or mid-sized firm
Familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g., iManage, DocuSign)
Interest in business development and client engagement
