Job Title: ERP Software Support Analyst.
Location: Bury St Edmunds.
Contract: Permanent.
Are you passionate about IT and enjoy helping people solve technical problems? We're looking for a software support analyst to join our clients ERP support team, based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking business where you'll be the first point of contact for their customers IT queries. Working within a team of Support Analysts you will ideally have a lean/preference supporting the financial modules, so prior experience supporting financial application related to purchase ledger or accounts is preferable,
The role comes with the option to work onsite in their office full time as well as hybrid or remote options.
Key responsibilities
First point of contact for customer support needs.
Diagnose and resolves line support issues across the companies ERP software with a lean-to finance/financial application support
Deliver excellent customer service, including the ability to speak comfortably on the phone to a range of customers.
A focus on the support queries related to the ERP's financial modules.
Skills & Experience
1st to 2nd Line Support experience
Ability to quickly pick up bespoke software
Experience on financial software such as Sage etc is preferred.
Understanding of SQL Scripting to be able to support the dev team during quiet periods.
Strong customer service history and communication skills.
