ServiceNow Developer

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Regina, SK _Hybrid (2days/week)

Project Description:

Responsibilities:

* Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements

* Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements

* Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)

* Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities

* Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements

* Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle

* Assist in resolving technical issues

Mandatory Experience

Experience with the following products:

*IT Service Management (ITSM)

*IT Operations Management (ITOM)

*Software Asset Management (SAM)

*Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

*Performance Analytics

Certification:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
