Note: This is a Hybrid role with 4 days of on-site work and 1 day of WFH work. Only apply if you're comfortable being on-site in Cambridge, ON, four days a week.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow developer and administrator to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on development of ServiceNow applications with platform administration, ensuring optimal performance, user support, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.) and REST/SOAP integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Administration:

Manage user roles, groups, and permissions.
Perform routine platform maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules.

* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.

* Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Knowledge of CMDB and asset management best practices.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
