We're a fast-growing organisation with a strong, family-feel culture, now entering an exciting phase of investment in data and analytics. As part of that journey, we're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial function and help shape how data informs decisions across the business.

This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact -- unlocking insights from our historical data while helping to build forward-looking, data-driven reporting and forecasting to support our next stage of growth.

The Role

You'll sit within the commercial team, working closely with sales, marketing, and operational colleagues to turn data into meaningful insight that drives action.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Using Google Analytics and other digital data sources to assess marketing and customer behaviour
Supporting the development of a more data-led culture by improving data quality, accessibility, and interpretation

About You

Experienced in a data analysis role, ideally within a commercial or performance-focused environment
Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
Skilled in data visualisation and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to connect marketing metrics to business outcomes
Confident communicating insights to non-technical audiences and influencing decisions through data
