Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with customers to design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions and best practices.
Manage project deliverables and coordinate resource deployment effectively.
Provide comprehensive customer training and configure Salesforce to maximize user adoption.
Engage in continual skill development through guided and self-directed learning initiatives.
Work closely with our experienced architects for a comprehensive 90-day ramp-up program.
Quarterly requirement to be physically present in Toronto Office

Desired Skills/Experience:

3+ years of consulting experience
3-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration experience
Experience implementing customers
Salesforce certifications
