At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Investment Services Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $90-$120/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 8 weeks

Commitment: Part-time,10-40 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible hours

Role Responsibilities (Training support provided)

Evaluate AI-generated financial outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to real-world investment banking workflows (e.g., M&A, IPOs, debt offerings, equity research, pitchbook development)
Calibrate AI decision-making on valuation, modelling, and investment analyses
Simulate and audit workflows including pitch decks, comparable company analyses, and due diligence documentation
Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated investment documents to improve model accuracy
Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to refine systems and workflows

Ideal Qualifications

Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Strong skills in financial modelling, including DCF, LBO, comps analysis, and valuation methods
Familiarity with capital markets, M&A deal cycle, and transaction processes
Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills
