Job Specifications

The aim of the position is to maximize the valorisation of the data available in the safety, environment and quality domains. The main deliverable will consist of a Safety Dashboard in Power BI to provide a clear, single-view overview of safety, environment and quality performance. The goal is to identify key points of concern by comparing actual performance against predefined targets. The dashboard will aggregate data from various sources, offering both a high-level performance overview and the ability to drill down into details, such as site-specific insights (e.g., sites within ALBI). It must be intuitive, interactive, and focused on highlighting critical areas that require attention. You will join the Safety team (ALBI SHEQ-RM team) for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands and help them through their data transformation. You will need to understand the needs of the QSHE team and develop dashboards and applications on PowerBI for them, as well as train the users and help them navigate so they can better perform their work.

Are you a MATCH?

Education: Master's Degree in Data science, data analysis, or business analysis

Soft and Hard Skills: Must have: Power BI and DAX language Knowledge of database architecture principles. Analytical Skills : You will need to be able to use data and analytical tools to propose optimisation, build models and support decision making.

Autonomy and creativity: you will work with multiple teams who are not data oriented, you need to be open to different perspectives and able to develop your work in autonomy.

Taste for new challenges and digital transformation. Willing to take ownership: in this challenging project, it is crucial that the Analyst feels responsible & accountable of his/her deliverables. Nice to have: Understanding the Azure environment is a plus Skills in process engineering : interest and general knowledge of the process industry (i.e. Safety, process risk management, etc) will help in assessing new potential case studies for the business. Autonomy skills as you will mostly perform this job by yourself.

Driving licence to have the opportunity to visit the local sites.
