Job Purpose

To 'analyse and optimise' existing processes of current and future products in order to permanently guarantee the best possible processes in terms of safety, ergonomics, quality, flow and cost of our products.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibility area 1 : Processing and Tooling

Develop, introduce and manage work instructions, the necessary tools, process documentation and data of all process steps in order to permanently guarantee the best possible processes in terms of safety, ergonomics, quality, flow and cost of products.

Resposibility area 2 : Safety and ergonomics

'To analyse and optimise the technical infrastructure and coordinate improvement activities in the area of safety and ergonomics' in order to 'create a safe working environment that meets minimum legal requirements'.

Resposibility area 3 : Quality of production processes

'Improve and safeguard' the quality of our products.

Responsibility area 4 : Product Cost and Development

Lead time study activities, make recommendations for cost-effective production methods, work out production methods for prototypes and provide support in the construction of prototypes and pre-productions in order to obtain safe, high-quality and cost-effective products and related processes.
