This role is all about making online ordering easy, engaging, and impactful. You'll guide customers through onboarding, support their digital journey, and help build long-term relationships that keep them coming back. Core Responsibilities
Engage with new, active, and dormant accounts to encourage online purchasing.
Support customers through account setup, onboarding, and navigation of our digital ordering system.
Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries on orders, products, and account access.
Monitor customer activity in CRM system to identify growth opportunities and encourage repeat business.
Re-engage underutilized accounts through personalized outreach and virtual consultations.
Build strong relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, consistent service.
Stay up to date on packaging products, digital best practices, and industry trends.
Contribute to broader team initiatives as needed
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or digital engagement, with previous exposure to eCommerce or digital sales considered a strong asset. You are comfortable navigating CRM systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office, with ERP experience as a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting customers in a digital-first setting. Knowledge of the packaging or distribution industry would be an added advantage.
