Job: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid) (2-3 days/week onsite)

Languages: Dutch & English

Contract duration: 6 months with possible extension

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

You are responsible for developing and configuring new and existing functionalities and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical advice and guidance on the platform to develop according to ServiceNow standards and best practices.
You stay up-to-date with the latest versions and developments of ServiceNow and support the platform owner and your colleagues with your technical baggage.
You will document and manage the technical documentation and follow ServiceNow's best practices to ensure a good platform structure.
You will manage and implement the integrations with our various systems (SAP, CRM, AD,...)
Support and follow-up of end-user questions and issues.

Requirements

Experience as a ServiceNow developer (preferably in a CSM context).
Experience with UI Builder is considered a plus
Certified System Administrator is a nice advantage
Experience working in complex IT environments is a plus
Strong analytical skills and the necessary design and data modelling skills
