Floorwalker: Deskside, Teams, Microsoft Teams, MFA, Outlook, Support, Troubleshoot
Our Global Enterprise client is looking for Deskside and Floorwalker to support the team during the migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. This includes end-user assistance, coaching, guidance, and adoption support following induction training delivered by QA trainers. The resource may work in Tandem with other technicians floorwalking on site, and a local resource can be used.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 100 days (initially)
Pay Rate: PS14.30 ph (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: PS16.24 ph (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: London
Responsibilities:
Support colleagues with Microsoft Teams queries such as:
Setting up/joining meetings, calls, and chat
Sharing and collaborating on documents in Teams
Troubleshooting login or MFA issues
Fixing Teams/Outlook calendar integration
Resolve end-user issues (audio/video not working, connectivity problems, app crashes, sync errors).
Coach colleagues on how do I? questions (eg sharing screens, adjusting notifications, using the mobile app).
Direct users to self-serve resources and digital training content.
Capture recurring issues and knowledge gaps to feed back to the project team.
Carry out other related support tasks as required.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A strong desire to help others by sharing knowledge, peer reviewing, and contributing to technical and process standards
Work well within a team, report issues and risks, take part in team meetings, share ideas and work towards improving our service.
Excellent written & verbal communication with customers to understand and to influence.
