Job Specifications
Role: Sr. Salesforce developer
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
* 7+ years of experience in software development
* 5+ years development experience on the Force.com platform
* Experience on Sales Cloud and Service and/or Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
* Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
* Having an active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a plus
* Demonstrated experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages
* Must have hands-on experience working with relational databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes
* Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts.
* Solid understanding of OAuth, REST, SOAP, events streaming (Pub/Sub, CDC) and messaging queues.
* Leveraged AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf to accelerate coding
* Contributions to AI-driven Salesforce proof-of-concepts or pilots would be plus.
* Supports Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Experience working in an Agile development environmentnt
