Backend Software Engineer

Location: Seattle, Washington

We are working with elite startups across various industries, including AI, fintech, blockchain, and software. We partner with VC-backed, YC-backed, and other high-growth startups at early to mid-stage, helping them build dynamic teams. We're looking for talented Software Engineers to join innovative teams that are building next-gen solutions and making a significant impact.

Qualifications

5 + years of experience of in backend-focused software engineering, with a strong record of shipping and operating production systems. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in backend programming languages like Java or Go
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
A degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
Comfortable working onsite in Seattle
