Freelance Power Platform and Coaching Specialist (very flexible remote working)

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. In this role, you will not only design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) but also play a key part in upskilling teams, creating educational content, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Coach and mentor business users, citizen developers, and IT teams on Power Platform tools and governance.
Develop guides, documentation, and technical articles to share knowledge and promote best practices.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to build internal capability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
Implement and maintain governance frameworks for Power Platform environments.
Stay up to date with Microsoft updates and new Power Platform features, sharing insights with the community.
Contribute to the organization's knowledge base, blog, and internal communication channels.

Requirements

Proven experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, licensing, and governance.
Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience in creating articles, blogs, or documentation.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration.

Additional Details:

START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 12 months (with extensions)
CONTRACT: Freelance
ONSITE POLICY: Brussels (flexible remote working)
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
LANGUAGES: English and (Dutch or French)
INTERVIEW PROCESS: One stage
