Role: Business Analyst

Location: Chippenham

Salary: up to PS60,000

Peaple Talent have exclusively partnered with a market leading manufacturing organisation who are recruiting for a Business Analyst to be involved in major transformation of digital platforms.

The Role:

Turn operational requirements into clear technical briefs for the development team.
Partner with internal IT and external software suppliers to enhance and connect key systems
Create and document user stories, process maps, and use cases.
Act as the link between business teams and technical developers or vendors.
Support digital and automation projects that follow lean manufacturing principles.

The Candidate:

Strong technical skills with experience in software development, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Good understanding of process modelling and improvement methods
Confident using documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart.
Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems, especially in manufacturing

The Package:

Base salary: up to PS60,000

26 days annual leave
