What will your role be within the ITS Team ?

The Platform Manager is responsible for delivering the platform on schedule, meeting defined objectives, and regularly providing updates and managing risks. Once the platform is in place, the Platform Manager will ensure the operational excellence and reliability. The platform manager will also participate in the roadmap definition and execution.

Responsabilities:

Platform delivery

• Plan deliveries, report risks promptly and propose mitigations.

• Deliver all platform components on time with support from integration managers following internal processes.

Platform operations

• Define support process including change and incident management based on the client practices.

• Manage platform backlog and team activities with priorities.

Coordinate with other teams to ensure platform efficiency and stability.

• Define and calculate platform KPIs and propose improvements.

• Define platform processes and ensure these are known and applied by users.

Contribute to platform roadmap with platform architect: define and document future evolutions with a plan based on expectations and priorities.

Skills & experience:

• Strong professional English, French speaker is an advantage.

• 10+ years experience in project planning.

• 10+ years experience in IT integrations, especially with APIs.

• 5+ years experience delivering platforms in production with >99.9% uptime

• 5+ years experience as integration product/platform owner.

• Strong agentic AI framework knowledge.

Soft skills:

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate multiple teams in a cooperative mode to ensure goal is reached.

• Able to work under pressure
