Job Specifications
We’re looking for a Senior Automation Developer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that make our business faster, smarter, and more efficient. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate key workflows, integrate systems, and drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver end-to-end automation workflows across departments using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools.
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, automated solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts, API integrations, and bots in alignment with IT governance standards.Ensure compliance with data protection, access control, and audit requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve process efficiency.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and monitor post-deployment performance to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, architecture, and deployment notes.
Mentor and guide junior developers on automation best practices and governance.
Must-Haves
Proven hands-on experience in automation development and workflow design within enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and integrations with SharePoint, SQL Server, or Dynamics 365.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of IT governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
