About Us:

Carlyle Avenue is a sister-owned, Los Angeles–based home décor and gifting brand known for its elevated style, curated collections, and in-store experiences at Westfield Century City. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to assist with customer service and e-commerce operations during the busy holiday season.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service emails and phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Input new products into Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, and images)
Update product inventory and stock levels on Shopify
Manage and follow up on backorders and customer updates
Manually fulfill online orders in Shopify
Provide general support to the store and operations team as needed

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable using Shopify (or eager to learn quickly)
Interest in home décor, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
Available 10–20 hours per week

Compensation:

$18 per hour
