Position: Junior AI/DevOps Engineer

Location: Dunwoody, GA (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI/DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between AI development and DevOps practices, supporting the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of machine learning models and AI systems in production environments.

You’ll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in cloud and on-prem environments

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications

• Monitor system performance and model accuracy in production

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar

• Collaborate with data scientists to streamline model training and inference workflows

• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions for AI services

• Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with Python and basic understanding of machine learning concepts

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Understanding of CI/CD principles and version control systems

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in both AI and DevOps domains
