Overview

Are you 60% technical and 40% business analyst, comfortable speaking the language of tech while translating it clearly for the business? Are you curious by nature, adept at asking the right questions, uncovering interconnections, and meticulously detailing requirements? If you thrive in dynamic environments focused on continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work alongside the Solution Architect to define technical solutions that meet critical business needs, acting as a proxy for stakeholders when required. Your input will help shape the product strategy and support roadmap prioritisation to deliver real value to the business.
Additionally, you will have a significant impact on supervising scrum activities, advancing CRM system improvements, and assisting the team in adopting guidelines to collaborate effectively.

Manage incoming enhancement requests, gathering information for prioritisation.
Conduct detailed analyses to identify needs and interdependencies.
Translate business requirements into User Stories with acceptance criteria and specifications.
Maintain work items in DevOps, ensuring organisation and accuracy.
Align with stakeholders, system admins, product owners, and solution architects.
Lead product demos to gather feedback and ensure requirement alignment.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and remediation.
