Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: London, UK
Contract Position
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions across S2P (SLP, SPO, APO) and SOM (Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management) modules.
Lead technical design sessions, establish architectural standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
Guide development teams in building robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Salesforce) ensuring data consistency and performance.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
Mentor developers and contribute to capability building within the ServiceNow practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions in S2P and SOM modules.
Strong command of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
Expertise in Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external system integrations.
Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, Procurement, and Finance domain processes.
Certifications Required:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Performance Analytics, NowAssist, Virtual Agent, or Mobile App Development.
Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Knowledge of enterprise procurement and sales lifecycle processes.
Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
