Location: Gaithersburg, MD - Onsite

Duration : 12 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a seasoned self starter Project Manager with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical domain to be involved with CRM selection and implementation projects, particularly involving platforms such as IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma commercial operations, regulatory environments, and CRM transformation strategies.

We need someone with

8+ years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations, field force enablement, and omnichannel marketing.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Key responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and external consultants. Program level governance and execution.
Manage stakeholders effectively, build strong relations with the various stakeholders including other project managers
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage scope changes effectively.
Serve as the primary liaison between pharma business units and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for key users.
Any knowledge of CRM implementations in Pharma domain is good to have.
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage them effectively
