About the Role

We are hiring a Jr. IT Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting our client's IT operations across Texas and Mexico. This role is based in Houston, TX, with occasional travel to a new facility in Hitchcock, TX and Hutchins, TX. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality technical support and infrastructure deployment in a dynamic industrial environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to grow within a global enterprise. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues across Windows and iOS environments.
Deploy and image PCs using SCCM and PXE booting.
Provide remote and onsite support using enterprise tools.
Collaborate with senior support specialists and leadership to resolve escalated issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset inventory.
Support networking infrastructure changes and deployments.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide overtime support as needed during facility expansion.
Contribute to knowledge base development and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT support within large enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, iOS, and device management.
Experience with SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory, and O365.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to manage customer relationships with professionalism.
Experience with ticketing systems (Fresh Service preferred).
Ability to meet physical demands of hardware deployment and support.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish
Experience supporting networking infrastructure deployments.
Familiarity with imaging tools and enterprise IT asset management.
Desire to continuously expand technical knowledge and grow within the organization.
