Job Specifications

Job Title: Solution Architect - Azure/.NET

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite Role)

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have:

Experience in Property and Casualty is Mandatory.
Experience in Net, Azure, React, PostgreSQL, Microservices and exposure to AI tools is required

Need Solution Architect with deep expertise in the insurance industry to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

SKILLS:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain.
Strong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs, ESBs), microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
Experience with digital insurance technologies (chatbots, AI/ML, customer self-service portals).
Working knowledge of core systems in Life or P&C insurance.
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance sector.
Deep understanding of insurance business processes – underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, reinsurance, and customer servicing.
