Graduate/Junior Business Analyst

Tasks

Analyze and translate customer logistics and manufacturing processes into clear business requirements through structured workshops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring requirements to life, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
Define test strategies, author test cases and validate software implementations
Lead user training, change management activities, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and continuous optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Management, Business Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field
Fluency in French and English
Solid understanding of supply chain execution processes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills; ability to interface with both business and technical audiences
Open to travel to client sites abroad.
