What You Will Be Doing
Utilize AI to decode student learning data, converting these insights into pioneering strategies that redefine science education.
Create AI-powered virtual experiments and simulations, transforming abstract scientific ideas into engaging, educational experiences for students.
Develop adaptive learning pathways that adjust in real-time, making complex scientific theories accessible and exciting for students of all skill levels.
Collaborate with a diverse array of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to extend the limits of science education, directly enhancing the educational journey of numerous students.
Convert dense scientific literature into engaging, AI-enhanced content that both educates and inspires students to explore scientific inquiry.

Overseeing traditional science curriculums or managing administrative duties—this role is focused on innovation and strategic enhancement of science education.
Working in isolation—you'll be part of a vibrant team advancing the frontiers of AI in science education.
Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a tangible impact on students' understanding and application of scientific principles in the real world.
Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to achieve significant advancements in student science learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and execution, aiming for a 2x increase in mastery of scientific concepts across various fields (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields)
3+ years of experience in teaching science or developing science curriculums, with proven impact on learning outcomes
Basic programming skills in any language
Experience in designing, implementing, or using AI systems for purposes like content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining intricate scientific concepts to a diverse audience in a professional context

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
