JOB TITLE: Service Delivery Administrator

Location: REMOTE (flexibility to work across US time zones)

This position is established to support and grow the service delivery and timekeeping system/process of the company. This role provides operation administration, mostly associated with service delivery, and comprehensive support to senior leadership.

Job Duties:

Project specific reconciliation of Client timesheet and time entered in Maconomy.
Project specific consultant / subcontractors onboarding and roll-off.
Project specific deliverable tracking, support of invoicing preparation for Accounts department.
Project specific support for Accounts department.
Project specific Budget tracking and reporting.
Project specific PO tracking and reporting.
Project specific contract, SOW, Subcontracting and Change Order tracking. Ensure all legal documents are filed.
Project specific team support.
Facilitate and schedule Project specific meeting.
Serve as liaison from senior leadership to ensure effective communication with clients, partners and team members, as needed.
Route contracts and documents for approval between senior leadership, partner and clients.
Ensure accurate data is available in company systems for business reporting, including revenue forecasting team utilization, etc.
Prepare various business reports and presentations.
Onboarding of new employees and subcontractors internally.
Task-oriented with a sense of priority, logic and objectivity, highly organized and capable of handling several sensitive and important issues simultaneously.
Set-up and maintain project structure in internal systems for project tracking and reporting.
Ensure data for internal systems is entered/updated as projects progress, including staffing forecasts, time and expense reporting, and revenue forecasting.
Draft/maintain client/project onboarding documentation, expense policies, welcome packages, and policies.
Design and maintain custom reports for project managers, clients and business leaders.
Draft/update policies and process documents to support ongoing business operation.
Assist Senior Leadership Team with any work-related request outside daily duties.
