Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), focusing on cloud-native environments.
Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes for deployments, scaling, and cluster management.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, integrating with GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD).
Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and implementing RBAC/least privilege access controls.
Experience managing core data services including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MinIO.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Solace and Confluent Kafka.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting observability stacks (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, and cloud concepts (Azure IaaS preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and methodical problem-solver, excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
Languages: English (fluent).
Job Description:
Design, implement, and maintain the highly scalable, secure, and observable platform ecosystem built on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure and applications using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
Develop, test, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and zero-downtime deployments.
Manage security integrations, including secrets management (Vault) and enforcing security standards using scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Veracode).
Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, including networking, infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers.
Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, incident response, and post-mortem analysis.
Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate services and provide support for platform use.
