Brussels (Hybrid – 50% remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a large-scale data transformation program within the financial sector.

Your mission: make data accessible, secure, and ready for analytics, reporting, and application use across multiple business domains.

You will design and deliver well-structured data pipelines and assets used by teams across the organisation.

What You Will Do

Collect and translate business requirements into efficient data solutions

Design data flows, models, and integration rules

Identify the best data sources and define business and technical rules

Prototype and validate solutions with stakeholders

Develop logical and physical data models, data warehouses, and datasets

Streamline data pipelines for cross-business usage

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field (PhD is a plus)

6+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering

Experience in banking or financial data projects

Technical Skills

Must-have: SAS EG, SQL, Oracle

Nice-to-have: Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint

Languages

French – Fluent

Dutch – Fluent

English – Fluent
