We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Communications and Knowledge Manager to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies that enhance technology awareness, education, and adoption across the organization. This role will define and implement standards for communication, knowledge sharing, and learning frameworks to ensure consistency and impact across all initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in knowledge management, instructional design, and curriculum development, combined with strong communication and leadership abilities. This position requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content that supports a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication and knowledge frameworks that align with organizational change strategies and drive technology adoption.
Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for embedding communication and learning methodologies into technology implementation plans, including defining success metrics and adoption KPIs.
Design and govern enterprise curriculum strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, compliance standards, and operational needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to identify knowledge gaps, define learning objectives, and maintain content across systems such as Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Atlassian tools.
Oversee the full lifecycle of learning content, ensuring quality, accuracy, and accessibility across all repositories.
Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), overseeing content management, reporting, and analytics to enhance engagement and performance tracking.
Integrate AI technologies to improve content creation, delivery, and personalization across the learning ecosystem.
Foster a knowledge-sharing culture through workshops, communication campaigns, and training sessions that expand standardized methodologies.
Provide strategic consultation to leaders and stakeholders on communication planning, change enablement, and content governance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in knowledge management, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing technical and operational curriculum in enterprise environments.
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Slack, ServiceNow, and Atlassian tools, with strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, including content management, reporting, and optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive alignment across stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and fostering a collaborative knowledge culture.
Change Management certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
