Job Specifications

Join a dynamic influencer marketing and talent management agency to architect and develop a custom booking and management platform. This role involves building a scalable, secure, and modern web application that centralizes operations for clients, staff, and creators. The platform will feature individual logins and dashboards for campaign management, analytics, and bookings, with robust user permissions and a strong data architecture. You will have creative freedom in selecting the tech stack, provided it remains efficient and future-proof. The project also includes integrating third-party APIs such as Modash, Google Sheets, and Airtable, and planning for future expansion with features like an academy or sports management division.

Deliverables

Design and develop a custom web platform with separate dashboards for clients, staff, and creators
Implement secure user authentication and permissions management
Integrate APIs including Modash, Google Sheets, and Airtable
Build campaign, analytics, and booking management modules
Ensure scalable architecture for future features (e.g., Movaro Academy, sports management)
Deliver a clean, modern, and intuitive user interface
Provide technical documentation and assist in timeline estimation

Requirements

Proven experience developing scalable web applications using React / Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL or Firebase
Strong understanding of user authentication, permissions, and data security best practices
Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing data flows between systems
Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user experiences
Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
Availability to work remotely and deliver within agreed timelines
