We’re supporting a client that’s looking for an experienced CLM / Ironclad Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and scaling their contract lifecycle processes.

This person will serve as a hands-on systems expert across Ironclad, Salesforce, and CPQ, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient workflows across Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, and Procurement.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary administrator for Ironclad, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
Design and maintain integrations between Ironclad, Salesforce, Airbase, and other systems
Configure and enhance workflows to streamline contract lifecycle management from initiation to renewal
Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, and Procurement to translate business needs into system solutions
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end users
Ensure data accuracy and governance across connected platforms

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in systems administration (Ironclad, Salesforce, CPQ)
3+ years of hands-on CLM / Ironclad experience
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data architecture
Proven ability to automate workflows and streamline cross-department processes
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin / CPQ Specialist) are a plus
Experience with Airbase or similar procurement tools preferred

Type: 6-Month Contract (Contract-to-Hire potential)
