Define who we target and how by designing and implementing advanced customer segmentation frameworks.
Be the voice of the customer, monitoring and reporting on behavior trends, including channel usage, digital engagement, and lifecycle patterns.
Drive optimization by supporting A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging and customer journeys.

3. Champion Data-Driven Decision Making

Harness the power of big data, querying and managing large-scale datasets in Snowflake.
Build the data foundation by developing ETL pipelines to prepare data for robust analysis.
Tell compelling stories with data, creating executive-ready dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Qlik, and Sigma.
Champion a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and the adoption of self-service tools like Sigma across the business.

4. Collaborate to Win

Bridge the gap between data and strategy, working closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align insights with business goals.
Influence senior leadership by presenting clear, compelling findings and strategic recommendations.
