Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary:
Coordinate product marketing activities for a multinational technology firm. Drive medium‑scale campaigns from concept to execution, develop brand positioning and messaging, gather and analyze market and user insights, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the marketing function.
Expectations:
Deliver measurable campaign performance, maintain actionable dashboards, support product launches, and foster psychological safety and inclusive teamwork. Position the role as a key contributor to market research, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute product marketing content frameworks across digital channels.
- Identify, collect, and monitor quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics.
- Plan, launch, and optimize medium‑scale campaigns, assets, and communications.
- Conduct market analysis, user research, and trend forecasting to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Advocate the user voice, translating insights into user experience enhancements.
- Develop compelling product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to produce high‑quality marketing content aligned with brand standards.
- Lead inclusive behaviors, facilitate psychological safety, and act as a change agent for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Participate in market sizing, opportunity validation, hypothesis development, and go‑to‑market planning for new products and features.
- Oversee user research initiatives, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to gather critical insights.
Required Skills:
- Situational Leadership, consumer behaviour expertise, and marketing brief development.
- Campaign management and performance marketing proficiency.
- Brand management background.
- Client and partner management.
- Strong data analysis, synthesis, and storytelling abilities.
- Product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy expertise.
- Familiarity with regional pixel strategies.
- Experience in media and creative production.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or Product Marketing are preferred.
