Role: Business System Analyst - Atlassian Products

Location: Toronto

Required Skills:

Atlassian Product Expertise:
Understanding workflows & business processes for Data Center and Cloud
Previous experience as Atlassian Data Center / Cloud Business System Analyst and Administrator
Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud customizations, automations and integrations
Experience with Atlassian Cloud data migrations
Experience in creating requirements documents and support guides for Atlassian Cloud integration and transition
Atlassian Data Center / Cloud related certifications - preferred
Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile)
Proficiency in Groovy, Python - preferred
Understanding of REST API's
Knowledge of database analysis, SQL skills, reporting including PowerBI or Tableau
Hands on role, within the platform, plus help with analysis and documentation etc.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Management – ability to elicit, document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
Agile Methodologies – Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
Process Mapping and Analysis – Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
System Analysis – Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.
