Job Title: Programmer Analyst 6 – Dynamics 365 Systems Architect

Location: Lansing, MI 48933

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite from Day 1 – 2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Architect, document, and implement scalable and secure application integrations using Azure services.

• Oversee CI/CD and release management processes for Dynamics 365 environments.

• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and system design.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Dynamics and Azure-based systems.

• Identify and mitigate risks from a technical perspective.

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.

• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Top Skills & Experience (Required – 5+ Years Each)

• MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages)

• Microsoft Azure and Application Support

• Azure DevOps and CI/CD Release Management

• Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support

• Technical Customer Service / Client Interaction

Additional Skills

• Experience with Database Architecture (3+ years)

• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and Azure Communications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
