Responsibilities

The Executive Recruitment team is responsible of the white glove delivery of MD hiring, the most senior and sensitive in the bank. The team is responsible for recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, identification, assessment, offer management, aligned to the hiring policy.

The role is expected to deliver a variety of tasks which involves elements of administration, project management and co-ordination support to our most senior Talent Acquisition team in the delivery of Managing Director hires.

Other Responsibilities Include

Management of all interview scheduling for internal and external candidates
Record interview activity in trackers, the recruitment system and in the relevant Outlook diaries. Invites sent accordingly
Support the Executive Recruiters throughout the hiring process
Engaging with the hiring managers
Sourcing candidates
Organising candidate briefings
Organising interviews & assessments
Aid with attaining interview feedback once the hiring process has concluded
Offer management
Act as the primary contact for hiring managers and candidates, answering both parties' questions about the role and the hiring process
Screen speculative candidate applications to understand what type of role they're looking for to match candidates with relevant recruiters
Help create research documents, in support to executive talent managers, ensuring presentation decks are kept up to date and ready to present to hiring managers at weekly search updates
Support on niche searches by sourcing suitable candidates using a wide range of recruitment tools; mapping available, LinkedIn and cross-referencing with archived search documents
Ensuring the banks Leadership Assessments process is smooth and organised and all relevant parties are involved at each stage from Assessment through to hire;
De-brief managers
Engaging Talent and development
Tracking start dates to ensure transition support/coaching is organised
Aid with reporting and attaining feedback on the process
Tracking new starters and assisting with query management
Responsibility for all executive recruitment invoicing, ensuring a smooth experience for all third-party providers
Project and ad-hoc assistance
Ownership of trackers and keeping all up to date; ensuring open searches, cost save and interview trackers are up to date at all times
Project management support, involves coordinating global projects for Global TA Relationship Managers and Regional Head of TA
Support Global TA Relationship Managers in divisional talent attraction programmes, working groups co-ordination, preparation of documentation & presentations, tracking and progress reports
Skills
Experience in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment, ideally supporting HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
Proven track record of arranging such meetings at c-suite and Management Board level
Knowledge of Executive Search Sourcing or Research
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience providing administrative or project support across recruitment or wider people initiatives (e.g. hiring campaigns or TA training programmes).
Comfortable working with data and reports - tracking progress, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining accuracy in documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across senior stakeholders and external partners.
Interest or exposure to talent development, technology upskilling, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR or recruitment systems.
