We are looking for a proactive coordinator with a keen eye for detail and ability to support on several recruitment campaigns concurrently. The Recruitment Coordinator will work as part of the HR Team, leading on the administrative duties related to recruitment, providing an efficient and professional effective service to help attract and recruit high-quality candidates.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Coordinator will be an integral part of our small and busy HR team. You will support on all aspects of the recruitment process taking the lead on administration and interview coordination. You will support the HR manager with campaigns running in parallel across several business areas. This will require involvement with all stages of the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle as well as clear and accurate communication with various stakeholders throughout.

This is a new role within eXmoor and we anticipate the responsibilities of the role to evolve with the recruitment needs of the business. At times of lower recruitment activity across the organisation, you will support the broader work of the HR Team, as required.

Main areas of responsibility/key duties:

Set up and administration of recruitment campaigns within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Posting of job adverts across various job boards and LinkedIn
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business areas.
Manage interview logistics including virtual and in-person bookings, meeting links, and panel coordination.
Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies to ensure interviews are efficiently arranged and confirmed.
Produce interview schedules, interview packs and any other materials as required
Track candidate progress and update recruitment systems accurately.
Manage recruitment activity within the HR inbox including candidate queries and applications
Support stages of candidate assessment (screening / interviews) where appropriate
Improve and maintain vacancy and onboarding tracking systems
Own the onboarding administrative process for new staters; prep contracts, offer letters and supporting documents, onboard to HR systems, arrange company induction, arrange probation reviews.
Improve and take ownership of recording recruitment metrics and KPIs

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience working in a busy HR or resourcing team
A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate records and recruitment documentation
Understanding of recruitment processes and legal / employment law requirements around candidate management and assessment
Experience in supporting with the delivery of recruitment activities within a fast-growing organisation.
Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

CIPD level 3 or above
Experience with PeopleHR software
Experience with ERP systems
Experience improving recruitment processes
