Executive Co-Ordinator | Professional Services Firm

Location: City (exceptional hybrid offering)

Salary: Up to £40k DOE

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an Executive Co-Ordinator to join their busy interim team. A role at the centre of the action, they’ll be client facing in a fast-paced environment!

About the Role:

Act as the primary support contact on live client projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery
Manage and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Oversee complex diary and meeting management across multiple time zones for senior leaders and clients
Prepare, proofread, and format high-quality client-facing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying potential risks and escalating issues before they arose
Coordinate international travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation for executives
Balance multiple concurrent projects, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of delivery

About You:

Experience in recruitment, professional services, or a consulting organisation is highly advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Discreet, professional, and proactive, always staying one step ahead
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
