What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across all venues, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
Lead a talented marketing team spanning content, digital, PR, and social media.
Oversee and deliver premium brand campaigns, activations, and consistent messaging across all channels.
Manage multi-channel marketing including PR, influencer partnerships, events, and paid media.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Events teams to elevate the guest journey and drive commercial success.
Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure performance, and maximise ROI.
Lead marketing for new venue openings and support brand expansion efforts.
Cultivate relationships with agencies, influencers, and media to boost brand visibility and awareness.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury dining space.
About You
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium F&B sectors.
Strong track record of delivering impactful, data-led marketing strategies – ideally with knowledge of OpenTable.
Expertise across digital, social, PR, and brand storytelling, with a deep understanding of high-end consumer expectations.
Confident team leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with budget management and sales-driving experience.
Passionate about hospitality, luxury experiences, and creating memorable customer journeys.
Creative, detail-oriented, and visually led – with a keen eye for branding and presentation.
