Job Specifications

Position: Network Engineer

Compensation: $55 - 75/hour, depending on experience

Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Engineer to join their team!

This position offers the opportunity to work with Cisco and Palo Alto hardware, ensuring robust and secure network operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Design and implement LAN/WAN infrastructure
Maintain detailed understanding of network topologies
Lead telecom vendors to complete tasks
Provide real-time network support
Develop cost-effective technical solutions
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
Mentor junior team members
Perform duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
7-10 years of network infrastructure experience
Strong understanding of security concepts
Experience with firewall operation and policy development
Ability to work on-call rotation
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

CCNP and/or PCNSE certifications
Experience with Aruba Wireless Infrastructure
Support experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Oil and Gas industry experience
Experience with Solarwinds
Familiarity with change management processes
