Are you a skilled Project or Operations Lead who thrives on driving excellence, improving processes, and enabling smarter business decisions?

We are partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to find an Insights Excellence Operations Lead for a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, international Insights team supporting global and regional operations. You will play a key role in enhancing project delivery, optimising processes, and embedding best practices to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned projects and programmes, defining objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
Oversee project portfolio management and adoption of key tools such as Asana.
Support the implementation of supplier relationship management initiatives and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Insights, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and Data Privacy.
Drive operational efficiency through technology, training, and best practice integration.
Contribute to strategic initiatives involving AI and data-driven insights development.

About You

Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience in operational or project management roles.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
Confident with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Contract Details

Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
Location: Brussels (hybrid working)
