On Aircall’s mobile team, we transform every ring into an opportunity for businesses to connect authentically with their customers. We're looking for an engaged and passionate iOS Engineer to join us as we build a high-impact, intuitive, and scalable iOS application that powers business conversations every day!
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build performant, reliable, and user-centric iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape the mobile experience end to end
Champion quality by writing tests, improving automation, and participating in code reviews
Stay up-to-date with iOS development ecosystem trends, including AI-powered developer tools, and share knowledge with the team to boost productivity and product quality
Contribute to architectural decisions and define best practices for engineering at Aircall
Qualifications:
7+ years building, shipping, and maintaining enterprise‑grade iOS apps in Swift
Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional iOS projects from whiteboard to App Store
Experience in handling uncertainty by actively seeking information and context, combined with excellent product sense
Deep understanding of SwiftUI, Swift Testing, concurrency, memory management and instrumentation with Xcode/LLDB
Ability to communicate clearly in English in a distributed, async‑first environment
Extensive experience with CallKit and traditional or modern telephony technologies is a major plus, but not required.
