Are you passionate about people and interested into Data and Digital? Are you eager to learn about the different aspects in HR and Talent Acquisition and do you want to help shape a strong employee branding and experience for our Keyrusians? Then we are looking for you as our next HR intern!

As a key player in Consulting and Technologies, Keyrus enables organizations to successfully turn the new data-digital revolution into opportunities by accompanying our clients with their digital transformation and leveraging their data assets.

During your internship, you will work alongside the Human Resources and/or Recruitment team and assist in implementing the defined HR strategy and goals. You will also be involved in assisting in HR initiatives across the group. Our mission is to be a strategically-driven team that plays a vital role in Keyrus’ sustainable growth through attracting, developing and retaining the right people. We want to create a culture of agility and high performance where innovation in the latest HR & recruitment concepts helps us assist in change and unlocks the full potential of Keyrus and every person during their successful employee journey.

You create a close relationship with the team leads to help them with HR related issues, like training. You use your intellectual curiosity to gain knowledge in competencies, career tracks, HR policies and processes as well as recruitment. You also love to get your creative mind working to create strong and clear messages towards our candidates and employees and come with new ideas for our ongoing projects or current HR processes.

The Impact You Will Make

Analyze training requests, booking of trainings (internal + external), managing cefora/cevora subsidies and book travels/accommodation if needed
Assist in the On-boarding process, preparing to welcome newcomers and keeping all information accurate and relevant
Learn and become autonomous in sourcing people within the industry of Technology and Consulting, coached by our experienced Talent Acquisition team. Use our Tracking System and various job boards as well as more creative techniques to find candidates who fit in at Keyrus
Work together with senior leaders to understand the recruitment needs and manage the expectations of the business
Create attractive job descriptions representing the heart and essence of Keyrus, advertising and then managing the responses. You will take ownership of one vacancy, handling all advertising and responses autonomously
Support the HR & TA team in creating news and sharing it on our social media (including job adverts, newcomers, projects, birthdays, office news, certifications etc.) and maintaining the Keyrus website by changing and adding videos and pictures regularly to keep content up-to-date
Attend and help in the organization of HR & TA events and trainings (Knowledge information sessions, team buildings, job fairs, university days, networking events,…)
Assist in the implementation of strategic HR & TA projects and, depending on your personal interest, carry out other TA/HR related projects

Profile

Bachelor or Master preferably in business, HR, Psychology or any related field, studying at a Belgian school
Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential
You have a positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people
You have the ability to produce digestible and error-free content
You are able to work autonomously in a structured and organized way
You are able to absorb a lot of information and structure it in a clear way
You are willing to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest HR and recruitment trends
You find pleasure in creating strong and clear messages on social media
You have an affinity with technology and an intellectual curiosity to understand the importance of technology
You believe the right people doing the right thing at the right time is a critical success factor in a company
