Now Hiring: Senior Business System Analyst – Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a strong Capital Markets background?

This is your opportunity to join a leading financial institution on a 6+ month contract (with high potential for extension or FTE conversion).

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Start Date: Immediate

Your Impact

You’ll lead critical business and data initiatives — connecting strategy, analytics, and technology to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sessions to capture and define business requirements

Develop BRDs, Source-to-Target Mappings, and data documentation

Perform data profiling, validation, and analysis

Collaborate across business, data, and tech teams for full alignment

Drive UAT with business stakeholders and secure sign-offs

What You Bring

7–10 years’ experience in Data Analysis (Capital Markets preferred)

2–3 years’ hands-on Cloud experience

Proven success integrating data into lakes/warehouses

Strong SQL, data modeling, and profiling expertise

Familiarity with trading systems like Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp, Findur, Eagle, Charles River, Calypso, or Apex

Excellent communication and documentation skills
