Join a dynamic marketing agency as a Freelance Graphic Designer, where you will play a key role in creating and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a proactive and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing and design. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality visual assets, maintain content calendars, and support campaign execution from concept to analysis.

Responsibilities

Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva for various digital campaigns
Create, edit, and optimize both short and long-form videos, preferably with CapCut or similar tools
Manage and schedule content across multiple social media accounts
Maintain and update social media calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts
Propose new content ideas and strategies to enhance engagement and reach
Deliver analytical campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations
Collaborate with clients to collect assets, information, and feedback
Organize files and workflows using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft captions and content outlines
Participate in regular check-ins and team meetings during agreed-upon hours

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for brands or agencies
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva; familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis
Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack, and AI content tools
Availability for 40 hours per week, with flexibility for regular check-ins as required
Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar environment is advantageous
