Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Financial Assistant part time.

The Financial Assistant will assist in managing financial responsibilities, including processing invoices, supporting accounting activities, and maintaining finance-related documentation.

The role also involves analyzing financial data and providing insights to aid decision-making.

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Finance and Accounting tasks
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data
Experience with Invoicing and financial documentation
Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of financial software (Xero) and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
